5. Polar Bear Polar bears are the largest land carnivores and can be very aggressive. They have been known to attack humans, especially when food is scarce and they are forced closer to human settlements.
6. Grizzly Bear Grizzlies are highly protective of their young and their food. They can attack with immense power and speed, often leading to fatal encounters for humans who inadvertently provoke them.
7. Leopard Leopards are strong, agile, and excellent hunters. They can become man-eaters if they are old or injured and unable to hunt their usual prey, leading to deadly attacks on humans.
8. Lion Lions are apex predators and can be very dangerous to humans, particularly if they are sick, injured, or have lost their fear of humans. Man-eating lions have been documented in several instances.
